If Wisk worked, there would be much sadness in the community at the  
passing of the rings of Rhea, on par with the mourning of Pluto's  
passing as a planet -- one can imagine the headlines now:

"With a Brisk Wisky Rub: Gone, O Rhea!"

So be glad some things just aren't feasible.
