If he's getting plenty of vegetables of different colors, it oughtn't be a 
problem -- I have a friend who hates most fruit, but eats a fair number of 
vegetables, and she's rather healthy.

(And she works for Apple.  I probably know at least 10 people who work 
for Apple right now.)
