Or feed the people with TVs. Brazil is close to replacement rate,
not because the g*vernment did anything or because a large
part of the population is developed, but because almost
everyone watches brazilian soap operas, where the model
family represents few children per couple - so they mimic
this model, using contraception and (ilegal) abortion.
