Actually, you can get much the same result with vast numbers of jobs for women and high-paying jobs that call for more education. That are actually accessible to low-income or third world women by following a few straightforward steps, results guaranteed if she works at it. That will result in girls postponing marriage and/or childbirth and having fewer children, since it will interfere with her profesionnal development and all that lovely money. This is not only not racist nor anti-human, it is precisely the opposite.

There are many routes to the same goal. Some are better than others.
