Visit with Ray and Maree

Hello List --

I just thought you'd all like to know that The Engineer and I finally met
Ray and Maree Ludenia.  Ray and I thought about posting together to the
list, but, alas, we lost our 'round tuit and it didn't get done.

We had a very nice visit with friends we'd known for about 10 years, but
never met!  Turns out Ray and The Engineer have a similar sense of humor,
and Maree and I are similar in many ways, too.  We discovered that
Australians and Americans are indeed two cultures separated by a common
language.  All in all, a very good visit.

Yesterday, as they pulled out in their huge rig, I told them I thought they
ought to name it "Thundah from Downundah".
