I'm about 5'3" and not particularly big-boned.  I don't *look* like I 
weigh as much as I do, actually, because my bone density and muscle 
density aren't all that visible.  (There's just enough fat covering 
everything to hide how much muscle I have in some spots, and bone density 
can't be eyeballed, period, unless you're too low on it and it's affecting 
your spine.)
